Returns & Refund PolicyAs Founder & CEO of je suis esther, I take great care to produce and create quality wines. I am meticulous when it comes to the care of my wines at every stage of production; from vineyard to winery to customer. I aim to provide an excellent service too.
It is therefore imperative that delivered item(s) must be examined on receipt. All claims for faulty items, breakages or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
In the event of a faulty item(s), please replace the cork immediately and tightly seal the cork with adhesive tape; retain its’ full contents, and, all packaging. Contact me directly on +44 (0)7860 205353. I reserve the right to ask you to email your reasons for returning your item(s) to esther@jesuisesther.com
If a faulty item(s) is to be returned, then the faulty item(s) will be sent to our laboratory in France for analysis. A copy of analysis result will be sent to you at the address given on the order form. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the courier cost of returning the item to our laboratory in France, and, the cost of laboratory analysis, in the first instance.
In the event the analysis concludes fault in the returned item (s), the customer will be fully refunded for the courier cost, the cost of laboratory analysis and the purchase cost of the item (s).
In the event the analysis finds no fault in the returned item (s), the customer will not be refunded the analysis costs, the courier costs nor the purchase cost of the item(s).
CancellationsShould you wish to cancel your order, please urgently call me on +44 (0) 7860 205353. If your order is already in transit, please note that the delivery charges may still apply. Returns may be subject to further courier charges. Items and packaging must be in merchantable condition for a full refund of the purchase price less courier charges.
Stock availabilityThere may be rare instances when you order an item that is either out of stock or of a different vintage. Should this occur, I shall contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, or arrange a refund.
