Macabeu/grenache

This is our third harvest for the Cuvee Jan. Each harvest, the macabeu/grenache grapes produce well-balanced and very elegant wines for Domaine Le Pujol.

The Cuvee Jan 2017 has a minerality that expresses the terroir of our macabeu/grenache vineyards at the mid-level altitude of the Mont Noir Mountain range. This minerality translates as freshness on the palate with notes of fennel and hawthorn.

Cuvee Jan 2017 complements fish dishes especially Sushi!

Best serve chilled at 10 degrees C.
