I am so thrilled with je suis esther 2018 Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay vintage.

Meticulous work on the vines to overcome traces of 2017 frost, and conscientious work to replace nutrients in the soil has helped to produce quality grapes. From harvest to bottling, our wine has been handcrafted in our winery and the result is in the bottle. Here are the tasting notes from Olivier, Our Oenologue consultant.

Very juicy like freshly press white grapes. Complex and elegant. mouth ample on attack and elegant length due to acidity.

Drink responsibly with friends. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees C.

An all-rounder and complements most cuisines.
